Arya might certainly kill Dany; she could even wear her face to deal with Drogon but never to sit on the iron throne. For one, Arya and Jon are very much alike in that sense, they don’t pursue power, they’re simply focused on their goals and second, having witnessed the destruction brought on by Dany, if Arya disliked her before, I’m positive she absolutely loathes and is disgusted with her now and she’d rather be an ordinary woman than wear Dany’s face and become the queen.
