Being a Marvel fan, why should I watch Joker (2019) movie?

Being a Marvel fan does not mean hating every movie that DC makes. A true Marvel fan appreciates every movie that has been made well and that includes the ones made by rival studios.

One should not forget that DC has a lot of amazing source material that they can use in their movies.

It is wrong to judge the future of a studio based on the mistakes it has made in the past. It is true that Suicide Squad and Justice League were not upto the mark(in my opinion) but that does not mean that DC and Warner Bros cannot make good movies.
