In the past two games, which surprised me the most is Golden State’s performance without Kevin Durant. One of the things I predicted is that without Kevin Durant to worry about, Kawhi Leonard, Marc Gasol, and Pascal Siakam would shut down the Splash Brothers from the perimeter and paint.
However, many forget that the Golden State Warriors won a title, and went 73–9 without KD. The Warriors, without KD, is a super team. With KD, they’re the single greatest franchise in NBA history without a doubt.
