Billy is seen as the embodiment of the Jigsaw guy. Every time a hoarse, haunting voice came from Billy or when he appeared with a red bicycle, the audience was sure the poor victims were about to enter a deadly game. Archie guy accidentally lost his life in the fire at fast food restaurant Hella Burger. Archie's unjustly hatred still lingers on the human world and takes over Archie's body.
