In fact, some aspects of Bushido's thought may have contradictions. Samurai were considered the right hand of feudal lords, they could be given any duty, even if it was morally and illegal. This is quite contradictory to the Bushido ideology - always on the side of fairness. But it must also be remembered that the concept of justice between the years of the 9th century is different from the concept of justice of modern times.
