I and the GF could not be left alone when walking around getting ready for Red Rocks last month. I’ve never walked around Denver, but the homeless in SF are by far the boldest I’ve ever seen. Just 2 days ago I went into a 7-11. Dude outside asked me for change, I said I didn’t have any. As I was browsing for beer, he actually came into the 7-11 and asked me if I could buy him something. The homeless don’t give a fuck in SF haha. The best thing to do is ignore them if you don’t want to be bothered; a lot of times when u engage, they will start telling u their life story, even if you continue walking in an effort to get u to give them something.

You most definitely do not want to try biking to Muir woods unless you’re a pro and don’t mind extremely steep hills and narrow roads.
