It seems like Prisoner of Azkaban and Sorcerer’s Stone get a ton of love, but I’m with you on the last two books. Something about the tone of despair really pulls me in, and I have a much easier time losing myself to them. This comes up in this sub somewhat often! And I confess: it made for a fascinating read.

Once they know who, the sneak was, anything other than using that knowledge to keep the DA safe would be revenge. Which quite honestly, I might seek out I do think it’s a testament to one of Hermione’s larger flaws, though!

You’re saying it was for the Greater Good, huh? 😛 Though there would be plenty of non-traumatizing ways for Hermione to sus out the traitor. The “SNEAK” was intentionally designed to humiliate. Hermione absolutely had a mean streak! tagging since we were discussing this too. Hermione was intelligent enough to know the full consequences of their mission. And I doubt there were a lot of kids at school that understood that as deeply as. She (and Harry, and Ron, and the rest of Dumbledore’s Army) did. This was even bigger than being a matter of life and death, it was the future of the world, and whether it turns to evil or stays good.

Order of the Phoenix was definitely. The most challenging of the seven novels for me to get through. Harry Potter My Patronus Is Freddie Mercury Shirt. Not only was it both the longest and slowest. But I really felt Harry’s anguish throughout. Being ignored by Dumbledore, kept in the dark about everything. And not listen to by virtually anyone – I’d probably be seething with rage myself. However, my favorite thing about the novel, apart from the development of the House of Black, is actually. What most people like least about it: Dolores Umbridge. Her reputation had already preceded her within the Wizarding World; among other things, it was she who drafted legislation discriminating against werewolves in most aspects of daily life.
