 It sounds like you have a tremendous amount going on in your life. I think all of that would be a lot for anyone. I don’t know where you live, or what services are available to you, but I would look for a therapist or mental health clinic who can help you work on reducing some of your anxiety so you can manage all of your responsibilities better. I know you probably do not have a lot of time, but it is possible that maybe you could do this online, which could save you time. Many therapists are working online now, including people working in clinics and in private practice but there are also organizations online, like Better Help and Talk Space who might work for you. If you cannot find a therapist, maybe you can find a support group for caregivers. You have a lot of different responsibilities, and having enough support to be able to do all the things you are doing is very important. Do not be afraid to reach out for help. If you cannot find anyone to help you, try calling your local. mental health department or mental health agency to see if they know how you could get some more support. I think the good news, at least in the US, is that as the vaccine becomes available to more and more people, and as stores and businesses begin to open up again, life is beginning to look more normal, which is reassuring to many of us. There is a light at the end of the tunnel, and we can all look forward to the time when things are safer and our lives look liked they used to. You have a lot going on.
